Crochet tutorial video showing the back post.

To work the back post, yarn over, reaching over top of piece and working on opposite or right side of the work, insert the hook from right to left around vertical post of next stitch, yarn over and draw loop through, (yarn over, draw through 2 loops on hook) twice.

yes I know it is the same method, but for the first and last stitch of a row, this is what confusing me, if you can just explain it to me till you make the video, I would be gratefull. and wishing you get healthy sooner :)
