In this part Manuel "Tails" Prower stuggles with his speech, Basil the Hedgehog gots accsoted by two elderly ladies and hires a trio of cowboy builders which Manuel has to deal with. Later, basil the Hedgehog has to cope with the wrath of Sybil Rose, but not before Manuel has to be shown how to get into the dining room via the kitchen by Major Chuck.
