You really need to improve your quality if you're doing small things like this. If you use a digital or video camera, you need to find a 'Macro' button. The word Macro means to make something small larger, and it helps a camera focus on smaller things that are close in stead of far away, large things.
One more thing: try to learn the names of the pieces. Get into some Lego forums, those helped me. Your guides will be much easier to follow if you know the names.
If you're using a webcam... Just try to get a better camera if you plan on doing this more.

Sorry about my below comment, I'm just playing, that guy's my buddy. =)
But the video wasn't too bad. Your voice is very clear and easy to understand, which a lot of instructional videos aren't.
The street light design is pretty good, but replace the 1x1 round brick with a plate if you've got one.
