@GolfMatthew Phil uses a 64* wedge, not a 60*.

What degree wedge is he using? /which degree would be best from the fringe 5-10 feet off the green?

I haven't won any PGA tournaments but I have to say that is a very hard shot for most amateurs a lot better option IMO would be to use a 7-8 iron and hit a low trajectory bump and run shot
