10:30, a normal sniper rife usually hit over 800 meters. 400-500 meters we usually use a normal rife for it. I use Hong Kong "Special Duties Unit" sniper team sniper for example, they carry SR-25 (Stoner Rifle-25), the effective range is over 1100 meters.

You need a lot more devices to detect, distance, wind speed, wind direction, temperature and air moisture.

not trying to be pro. a sniper in stealth mode, will usually stay in stealth mode. on a addition to it, a profession sniper team would have two person. The sniper which is carry the firearm and the other person with carry a monocular or binocular. You would never see one person carry two of those items. If you have the sniper rife, you would not need monocular or binocular, because you are seeing the objects far away already.
