yes, yes, the one i went to is by the JFK airport in southern california. You need to make 2 trips. 1 day u will take the scan while being calm. 2nd day you take the scan doing an computer exercise in the dark so they know how ur brain functions when u are active.

my parents took me when i was 16, I have 5/6 types of ADHD, moderate though. I was given straterra and celexa. Im 23 now and i take adderall,it really helps, but i wish i didnt have to make all the mistakes and take all the uncessary risk ive taken. Soon after my visit to the Amen clinic by JFK airport, I refused to take medication and my parents send me to boarding school CEDU High in Running Spring. Ran away, sent to wilderness bootcamp in idaho, and boarding school there.

his Clinic is right here in Tacoma WA, which part of Canada are you in? I dont think they have anything in Canada but maybe something close?

In my view this comment shows us the brain of a close minded person! No vision into the future of medicine. Thank God there are people like Dr Amen that can think outside the box!

I feel you are watching the Leonardo De Vinci of our times! I have never meet Dr Amen or bee n to his clinics however if I ever had the money I would take my kids and go ASAP! I would never put any young child on any medication for ADHD or any Mental illness without taking them to a clinic like this first and having a brain scan done! I would want to insure the Psychiatrist was correct and there was not an underlying problem before medicating a child.
