@wilcox2146 He probably made the drawing in Sketchbook pro or another sketching tool himself, regardless the iPad with Sketchbook Pro is capable of these sketches however it IS a bit tough due to the lack of precision on the styluses, you can't really blame Apple as the touchscreen does not support a regular pen-type stylus, possible nonetheless. You shouldn't be buying an iPad STRICTLY for sketching as there are other devices out there that are more designed for it

@nerminsharbek its called a stylus. it acts as a pen/pencil but it has a rubber tip so when your drawing it doesnt scratch your screen :)
