while i saw the nearly six hour CARLOS before this interview, it's not my place to show how much I know. It is more important to have the subject explain who he is playing, what was so intriguing, why he felt compelled to do what he did. No one wants to quote the interviewer in a feature on CARLOS or on Edgar Ramirez, we want to hear what he has to say. So if i say Who is Carlos? it's intentional.

Finally, more people usually see the interview before the movie.

Poor Edgar! To have to be interviewed by this guy must have been torture!!! Edgar is such a gentleman though! What a talented man!

I adore Edgar Ramirez!! He is an amazing actor!! I love how he imerses himself into his roles. I really wish I could see Carlos but I have honestly never even heard of the Sundance Channel. I have no idea why Edgar's work isn't more popular here in the United States. He is a true actor.

And please don't say that nobody saw Domino. It's insulting not only to Edgar but to the real Domino Harvey. The movie was dedicated to her in her memory.

This interviewer is such a complete idiot, unprofessional dickhead, I'm actually embarrassed  for Edward. He also insults Tony Scott. What a horrific queen. I'm going to find out who he is and start a 4chan - type campaign against him. Kudos Edgar for putting up with this moron!

This guy did an extraordinary job. His performance was so nuanced, so complex, I forgot I was watching a movie.

@ajolavarrieta no,not every1 n the world knows where he's from! i never even heard of this guy b4 the movie came out! i am muslim & still have never heard of him & i asked some muslim & spanish friends & they also have not heard of him! im still confused as to what he was fighting for...he said the poor, then it seemed to b latin america, the middle east & at 1 point he begin to blow up & kill people just to get his wife out of prison so i think he was also confused about his "cause"!
