  • @vccmax learn what a keyboard warrior is before you start throwing the term around, you just make yourself look like an ass

  • @RicerEater1978 ever watch the olympics? it's not about the form it's if you can do it or not

    fucking keyboard warriors

  • not exactly proper deadlift form

  • I agree with abcxyz here, if you had to carry 500lb of bricks up to the 10th floor, why use the stairs when the elevator is right there?

    smarter > harder

    Great Pull!!

  • I know...

I am a VERY recent converter to sumo deadlift myself... why work harder when you can work smarter?

  • Ok.

Ask yourself this: Could she have done that amount of weight with her feet shoulder width apart? Probably not.

  • This is a deadlift - deadlift lifted from the floor.

Conventional deadlift has now become a show of ego.

Sumo or conventional is a matter of preference.

  • I don't get it, how the fuck is this a deadlift? I don't care that she's a girl I just want to know why people consider this proper form.

Aren't you lifting the weight a shorter distance with your legs that far apart? Doesn't the sumo stance allow you to do more weight? I wouldn't know cuz I'm not retarded.

  • Good show (BW x 3.3 impressive !!)

  • I deadlifted 320lb today..only I am male and 210lbs, this puts me to shame
