LCPD:FR Burger Shot thugs

Got dispatched code 2 for a disturbance call at a local Burger Shot. Upon entering I noticed a group of men verbally harassing customers. I stopped one of the males from exiting and preformed a quick search for guns and ilegal drugs. The pat-down came up clean, so I released the group with a warning. As I turned to go speak with the employees, I was assaulted from behind by one of the unarmed males.The second male jumped in and struck me with his fists in my right ear. Using my advanced Police tactics, I drew my baton and shattered the suspects nose. After witnessing his friend go down, the other suspect drew a semi-automatic handgun and fired once (1) point blank in my chest. My Kevlar vest stopped the bullet as I drew my Shotgun. I discharged one (1) round into the victims torso just as backup was arriving. EMS later pronounced the male DOA. I held the third suspect at gun point until local PD took him into custody. He was in possession of stolen credit cards.
