where did you learn the moves. did you sign up at a martial arts place or just via web and self practice?? anyway just starting out and just wondered if it is useful to join a martial arts studio.

@friend2cptsolo Hey dude, I just taught myself, though I did take a little insperation from martial arts and other spinners. Martial arts may help a bit with body movement but less so with the sword movement. The movement I use with my sword has very little deffencive or offencive motions as it's mainly just for show.

If you do end up taking a class though, I suggest Ninpo. Peace.

I have been spinning swords for a bit and I was wondering, How do you spin the sword behind your back like that? That's one of the things that I've been wanting to learn and I haven't quite figured it out yet. I know this stuff is more "Don't think, Act" but anything that can help will help. Thanks
