i do parkour in the usa but i dont have a group and not that many people do it or know what it is wher im from it kinda suck doin parkour by yourself out here becuz there is really no good spots

wish i had a friend group that did parkour. Everyone in canada knows what it is but not allot of people do it.

i always wanted to do parkour but im way to weak and i can never get the motivation to stay in the gym. any advice?

Just throw on some trainers and go out and start man, as long as you dont jump off anything taller than your head height you should be fine. Everything comes with practice!
