Wow, that is a ridiculously heavy weight for your bodyweight, nice job man. I have 20 lbs on you and am only at 295. Do you do a dynamic and heavy day (bench twice a week)? And what rep range do you like to stay around?

dude to be honest you really can't be 142 pounds. More like 165 maybe more. Tell us what you really weigh. Still impressive even for 165.
