Kim Floyd, Project Manager for Caltrans, gives a presentation on the proposed Richardson Grove Expansion on HWY 101 to the Board of Directors of the North Coast Co-op in Eureka , CA on March 25, 2010. The Richardson Grove Expansion is a controversial subject that could potentially impact business at the North Coast Co-op. The Board of Directors wanted to be informed, so they invited Kim Floyd of Caltrans, Kerul Dyer of EPIC (Environmental Protection Information Center), and Professor Michael Camann of Humboldt State University to present varied perspectives on the topic. Member-owners of the North Coast Co-op were given the opportunity to present their views. This is a seven part series.
