LAFPUL - Episode 4
I turned to someone who was tapping my shoulder repeatedly.
"Huh?" i asked.
He had short, trimmed hair.
He was pretty hot .. not as hot as 'Nick', though.
"My magic watch says you dont have underwear on." he said.
"Uhm, yeah, actually i do." i replied, confused.
"Damn. It must be 15 minutes fast." he winked.
I stared at him. "Dont hurt me!" he cried.
I laughed. "C'mon. Lets go dance." i smiled, taking his hand and hurrying to the dancefloor.
"What made you choose me?" he asked.
"What do you mean?" i asked.
"You turned down all my other friends already.. Was it my pickup line?" he smiled.
"No, actually. The pickup line made me wanna puke." i smiled. "I'm Demi. Your name is..?"
"Taylor." he smiled, clutching my waist.
I wrapped my arms around his neck, and we moved from side to side.
"Why do all your friends have this thing for pickup lines?" i asked.
"I dont know .. we have bets on who can get you." he smiled.
I stopped and dropped my arms.
"WHAT?" i cried.
"Its not that you're a bet, its more like .. uh, well, its hard to explain." he stuttered.
What a bitch.
I slapped him and walked back to my seat.
"Oooooh! You got powned!" the group yelled as Taylor walked back to them.
He smiled weakly and drank a beer.
Someone jiggled the couch next to me.
"Guess who?" the voice said, covering my eyes.
"OHMIGOD!!" i squealed, turning around.
"Cody!!" i yelled, throwing my arms around him.
"Demi!!" he yelled back, kissing my lips.
I kissed back, holding the bottom of his cheek in my hand.
I heard Taylor scream something from the bar, but i paid no mind to him.
When i was with Cody, everything was gone.
Everything was right.
"Why're .. you .. here?" i asked through the kissing.
"My dad .. is back .. from a .. business .. trip."
I stopped kissing him.
"So you're not here for long?" i asked.
"No, but lets do it while we can." he smirked.
"No, Cody. I dont want to. We have sex and then you leave again!" i cried.
"Yeah, so lets make the best of it." he replied.
"No, Cody. You're not understanding. You break my heart, then mend it, then break it again!" i yelled. "How do i know you dont have another girlfriend? How will i tell, Cody?!"
"I dont, Demi! You're the only one for me, Demi! Demi, Demi, Demi!" he cried.
"No. I know about Emma. I do! Your dad doesnt like me! He set you the hell up with her and you had sex with her on the first date!" i cried, tears streaming down my face.
"How do you know about her?!" he asked.
"I have friends that live in Tenessee, Cody. Its not like they dont tell me things." i cried. "Cody .. we-we're over." and with that, i walked away.
