@pist43, you can microwave gumpaste at 10 secs or depends on the amount of the gumpaste you want to use. you just knead it after. it always works for me and the best tip my private cake decorating teacher taught me.

Im sick of trying to make Gum Paste. Its an absolute nightmare to make. Ive recently made yet another batch and now its like chewing gum in the middle but dry and flaky on the outer part....I give up :-(
