@solargesture Great observation. The RANGE of things Sly has seen and done far exceeds that of most people throughout history. Almost nothing in his life appears to have been 'average'. However, mastering the 'average' life is something even fewer can do...

HE'S NOT STAYING SOBER. he's sly for fucks sake. he just needs a break, then he'll go back to whatever drugs he does. the biggest insult is feeling sorry for him and telling him to "stand". this man has done so much in his life he doesnt need to keep up appearances, which is what most do. they lie about being sober and keep a smile on their face. sly's real and im glad he's still using. STAY HIGH PEOPLE.

@jerzaw...AMEN! I couldn't finish watching this. My prayers goes out for Brother Sly. I especially hope that those scumbs hanging around him and doesn't mean him any good would either get help or get caught and serve the max. time.

I wish the interviewer had spoken to the great Sly Stone with a liiitle more respect in his voice. That's just me. Sly's biggest fan EVER. I love and pray for that man.
