I've been waiting for Lang to become an "overnight sensation" since the "80's. He stopped me dead in my tracks at Ronnie Scott's nightclub years ago and I've never forgotten that show. All these years later, I still think he's one of the best male vocalists I've ever heard. I need more Thomas Lang in my life! If he's still performing, please let me know people!

I am an American who was introduced to Thomas Lang years ago via an area jazz station playing his amazing song, "Sleep With Me". I love that song! Anyway, you know what? After a time, they no longer played it. I finally called in to ask why, and was told that they had had a couple of reliously conservative listeners call in and complain that the song was offensive to them. Based on a couple of people out of thousands of listeners, they took it off their playlist. UNBELIEVABLE. Post that, please?

Astounding live, seen at home at The State Liverpool, The Hague, Royal Court (supporting Black) .. and at Macmillans afterwards ... !!! Was totally in love with him at the time ... oh youth !!! My cousin used to babysit him in his baby days of course ....!!! Now part of Parr Street Studios in Liverpool, so he's still in the scene .. with a bit less hair .....
