@Falahk07 Hi, friends. In old spanish folk there was an instrument call "zanfona", medieval.

@Falahk07 Yes, I know. They also made and Base lira of an old Hurdy-gurdy. Where you hit the strings with a stick. My band used that in one of our recordings done in Hedningarna studio in Falun.

@andjack he makes (and made) lots of odd instruments, we used to have long orange sticks with reflectors to mark the edge of roads during the winter months
he scavanged some of those to make flutes...

@Falahk07 Moraharpa (Mora key harp) is an early version of Nyckelharpa (Key harp) from the province Dalarna. (Use Wikipedia for more info).
You are right, they never used the newer forms of Nyckelharpa, only the Moraharpa (and an special variant built by Anders Norudde (former Stake) which is called Mora-oud. That is a Moraharpa without the keys or bow. Played like a Oud or Guitarr.

@prosperitycraft: as far as i know, this band never used a "nyckleharpa", they used a very similar instrumet called a "moraharpa"
