Peace talks need to be moderated by a neutral third party and Gaddafi is definitely not as neutral as necessary.

Genocide is the concern of humanity. Regardless of creed, nationality, or persuasion.
It is a crime against the very human soul. And this Sudanese Government official strikes me as though he's A) hiding something, and B) lying through his teeth.
