thnx 4 sharing.! How much was the procedure in total? I feel i am overweight, im 20 yrs old and weigh 210, and i would like to use the lap band method, I feel that that's the only way out. Also, what made you have the surgery in mexico & not in the US?

i want to do videos but if i dont i will keep u updated.. they will not let me use patches.. b/c i ahve to nictotine free for 90 days and they test you.. so im just doing this cold turkey and it's driving me nuts.. haha

Hey I just got my call from my doctor saying that my insurance approved my lap band..and i go for my consultation on the 12th of march.. i was listening to ur blog and u said u just quit smoking.. i have been smoking for a long time and this doctor i am going through is smoke free.. and says i ahve to be smoke free for 90 days before surgery.. UGH.. im trying to quit i ahve smoked all day today.. what helped u stop smoking??? and how much weight have u lost so far after surgery

Hey!
I used "The Patch" Nicoderm I think. I just had my first fill on Friday, and still no restriction, so I need to go for another. I have lost only 13 pounds so far :0( Good luck, and let me know how it goes. Are you going to do videos?
