Speed Camera in Baltimore, Maryland
on 695W, near Charles St Bridge.
Photo enforcement vehicle (white Jeep) illuminates / flashes speeding cars / trucks while recording its license plate and speed at night on 695 W near Charles Street. Looks like camera/lens sits inside on the dash board. Two large lights are mounted on top of vehicle. Driver sees warning sign while driving on 695 "Speed Camera Enforced" warning, then a sign showing "Your Speed is...62" and then just ahead a White Jeep sits with orange flashing lights (construction vehicle type lights). $40 ticket for traveling more than 12 mph above the posted speed limit. (above 62mph)
@vigilantesTV not an expert but these camera flashes are designed to take a picture of your license plate and the driver without hindering their ability to drive. so even if you did crash, it would be improbable cause for you to sue whatever state you are in

I think someone should intentionally wreck their car after being flashed and then sue the shit out of the Maryland State Highway Administration. If I were on the side of the high way with a camera doing this and caused an accident I would be held liable.
