  • when doing laterals you should try and make sure the your forearms and the weight are lower than your elbow at the top of the movement instead of raising it like he is doing. more effective that way

  • I do lateral raises for neck muscles.

  • hey peter , i have two questions first of all i just did this workout and its really powerful and useful so thanks the questions : 1 . before , i did the fighter abs workout , idk if something went wron cause i don´ t feel anything in the stomach area i did every exercise straight after another between the circuit i gave my self a minute break and . what do you thing in wich way is the workout effective ? 2. what do you thin is better , if you eat protein should i do cardio first ? or abs 1st?
