Soft yet powerful, heavenly yet rooted. I'd like to see his applications and fajing. Is there an instructional video of this form? Thanks.

this man is a master of his mind and body, something every martial artist should strive to be.

You don't require strength when utilizing chi.
You only require strength when utilizing the flexing of your muscles.
So to utilize chi, you must relax your body until you're loose enough. At that point, chi will be able to flow through your body easily.
When chi flows through your body, it will guide your movements. Just trust the chi and it will lead you through many exercises and stances, even without knowing the movements and stances beforehand.
Hope this helps in some way.

i learned something very powerful and very simple from watching this. Martial arts isn't about making people think 'oh i wouldn't want to mess with him'. It's about the betterment of ones true self.
Sublime technique and body control!
