try cocking the hammer with the off hand. disturbs the second round sight picture less.

As you proved, the M&P 340 is a fine gun, and you can certainly shoot it "more than a couple of times" with no problem. That 13 ounces sure makes concealed carry a lot easier. I wish you would have shot it w/o the laser for comparison sake. You can certainly shoot a reduced power load for less recoil.

Do you have any experience with the MagSafe ammunition? I've been thinking about buying some but don't want to waste my money if it is all hype.

Would you attribute the tight grouping of the MP340 solely to the laser, or would you feel that additional characteristics of the gun helped in its accuracy? You just seemed really impressed by the accuracy and I'd like to know more.
