This is a much requested video! I only use mineral foundation from day to day because I find it much easier to work with than liquid foundation and it allows my skin to breathe. I get great coverage with just a light dusting, and I don't have to set it with powder or worry about it melting off my face during a busy day. For combination-skinned girls, it also lasts a lot longer (in my opinion) and wears very nicely through the day.

- Clindasol Moisturizer with SPF15 (prescription)
- Kiss My Face Lip Balm with SPF15
- Everyday Minerals Abbott's Perk Me Up Concealer
- Everyday Minerals Buttered Tan Matte
- Everyday Minerals Eye Kabuki Brush
- e.l.f. Studio Powder Brush

  • Hi!

I was just wondering if I should get the Abbott's Perk Me Up Concealer OR the Aussie's Perk Me Up Concealer?

I have purple-blue-ish circles under my eyes, so I would think the Abbott's one (it says on EDM's website that it works especially good on purple tones), but it looks very dark and I have very bright skin. The Aussie's one is lighter, but I don't know about the coverage... What do you think?

    Love your videos (:

  • Abbott's is a very light peach. It should suit light to medium skin tones. It's not really salmon-toned, so it should be great for your dark circles. Works great for me!

I've never used Aussie, so I can't help you there. =) Maybe order a sample of each?

  • i've tried EDM but it makes my face dry, like it shows white flakes off my skin. IDK why??

  • Have you been moisturizing beforehand? =)

  • yup I have!!

  • @hc0xgurl Hmm.. well it's possible your skin just doesn't like it. I've heard amazing reviews for Silk Naturals, maybe try checking them out!

  • I have that , it's the best:)

  • would applying a face primer increase the longevity of the mineral foundation on the skin?

  • @Misbehave11 @ritsutainakadrums Its 'grammar'........

  • Lol @ the grammer police!

  • GRAMMER POLICE!!!

  • @melissasalisbury100 Clean and Clean? Not a brand. And the question would be "does it work well"

    Please use your grammar(: Thanks.

  • I purchaed the e.l.f. studio powder brush this week, and I love it. I'm using Alima, though, as Everday Minerals makes my face itchy and the coverage isn't as good for me. I'm having a hard time applying the concealer (also Alima), though, so I think I need a different brush for that. I can't seem to find the one you used from EDM.

  • hi, I really don't need that much coverage, can i just use the mineral foundation not with concealer etc?

  • how did you get rid of your acne?

  • why moisturizwe do u recommend for oily skin that's ance prone. i use clinque but i need something that's medicated. is clean and clean good ?
