Exactly, this does nothing to protect THE SALON OWNER from ebay stores, tanforless, ect from still buying it and selling it at 5% over MSRP. Where in a salon, you need to charge more to keep the doors open.
So how is this going to stop tanforless(dot)com? When they are selling the lotions for a third less then me, to anyone, this does nothing to stop them. I lose more sales to these ONLINE people then to Walmart. Get with the program and either make it so that no one can sell your lotions on line or anyone can. And stick to it, get caught you lose the right to purchase them.
@MormonUpdates i totally agree with you! i love designer skin, don't get me wrong. they have the best products! but honestly, it's really hard to spend $120.00 on lotion that probably will work the same as anything else. it's the uv rays that give you the color not the tanning lotion. if you guys want to stop this the best way is to mark down your products and i would guaranty there would be less diversion and more sales, because people would actually be able to afford your products. love ds <3

They wouldn't have to worry about diversion if they wouldn't price their lotions so ridiculously! $120 for Luminary? Uhm, no.
