Gourvelos, your video series never ceases to amaze me. They helped me with learning to fly my Blade MSR, and they are CERTAINLY helping me progress nicely with my TREX 500 ESP build.
I am spending 1 night a week with a experienced 'guide' who has built & flown heli's for many years. For the rest I rely purely on your 500 build series. They are more relevant to me than Bob's vids on heli freak (as he's using an older kit) but valuable all the same.
Is it still 16mm on these servo arms?

Thanks, also the two bolts that hold the motor on to the motor mount Loctite them too?

@Leeroy2782 yes, once you feel confident that it is the right spot tighten it first, check and turn the main gear around make sure the gap is small between the pinion and main gear, once it looks good loosen one bolt, loctite 242 blue, and then secure, then do the next bolt

do you use Loctite for the four bolts to hold in the servos?
Regards. Lee

@Leeroy2782 As these are going into plastic nuts then no, but I have changed the nuts last night to locknuts which will be fine, I have a clone here with just metal nuts and I used loctite on those

Hey Elias, Great video series on your 500 trex. I have one question, when you set up your balls on your servo arms you had to use the longer shafted ball, First off, why do they give them in the kit if too short?, and also are the longer ones also in the kit? Thanks.

Its because some people like longer travel, and the only way to get longer travel is with the shorter balls, how you ask? well they clear the servos during travel but the longer ones hit the side of the servo.
It's comming in the next few videos I am editing... should be a few days away from being posted after page 19 is completed
