Quan l'empresari capta les necessitats d'un inversor i proporciona solucions donant la informació precisa es genera confiança. En certs sectors com el Biotech aquesta preparació s'exemplifica diàfanament amb percentatges d'un 90%, amb tractes per sobre dels 100 milions d'euros. Una mancança en la preparació d'inversió es relaciona amb el problema del equity of gap. Les solucions, doncs, es troben en la mateixa preparació.
