Mr. Afsan, I get the feeling that the global North is co-opting the Climate Change discourse, jargonising and framing it in way that the focus is shifted from their responsibility to mitigate to the South's 'pressing need of adaptation.' Despite being the perpetrator, it is the Northern countries, their universities and a CC regime formed of them that is shaping the agenda for debates and funding.
