Using your logic, then one could argue that with it being London, it's highly likely that only about 20% are actually British in the first place.

As I said: British accents. This video takes place in the most diverse transportation hub in all of England/Great Brittan. It is impractical to assume that everyone in Victoria Station is all from London.
