  • @wowso4 this advice is for men and women.

  • @MrAkerz the main problem is that in addition to fat, you probably lost a significant amount of muscle. You have two options, lose even more weight the right way or build your muscle back up again. I would go with focusing on gaining muscle. After a year of serious lifting and sound nutrition I would maybe then try to drop down to 140 at your height.

  • @cruz661166 if you are only 14 I'm sure this doesn't appy to you. However, following these tips will definitely work to your benefit.

  • @DavidG57 wow, no need to have an aneurism. I guess it depends on your definition of buff. To me there is a clear distinction between toned and buff.

  • @spteh11 girls can't get buff because they have low testosterone. Giant women like on tv take steroids and other hormones.

  • Been looking at some of your vids, Um-you need to do some cardio bro, you are outta breath so easy, just talking-not good. Unless you are just nervous. Oh and btw it's not "weary" it's "wary."

  • hey man what do you advice2sum1 who has gone from 225lbs to 150lbs 5'8 and has not done much exercise and is skinny fat and still has a big hanging belly that jiggles thankz....
