In his Christmas Message to you, Lead Pastor Jeff Boucher shares a warm talk about what Christmas is all about. This message is in lieu of Christmas Day services. So please feel free to come out to our special NJ Christmas Eve Church Services with friends and family.

Powerhouse meets regularly for contemporary worship services on Sundays. At our Wyckoff location the times are 9 & 10:45am. At our Bridgewater location led by Campus Pastor Craig Rice, and our worship experience takes place at 11am.

The following are some Questions for Christmas Morning based off of Pastor Jeff's talk:

"No Room in the Inn"
Luke 2:1-7

1. Why was it important for Jesus to be born in Bethlehem? See Micah 5:2; Is 9:7; Lk 1:32-33). God's word could not fail or trust in anything He said would be lost.

2. How did God ensure that Joseph and Mary would be in Bethlehem for Jesus to be born? See Lk 2:1-3. Talk about God's behind the scenes power as He moved a whole Empire to get them to Bethlehem.

3. Imagine Mary travelling with Joseph from Nazareth to Bethlehem (90 miles) while very pregnant. What do you think they talked about? How do you think they felt about taking this journey?

4. Jesus was born in an animal stable (Lk. 2:7). What do you think Mary and Joseph were thinking about in that stable? What are some of the things they may have talked about?

5. Read Lk. 2:8-21. Mary and Joseph would have been surprised by the Shepherds visit. What do you imagine their visit meant to them? See verses 16-19.

6. Bethlehem means House of Bread in Hebrew? Isn't it cool that the Bread of Life was born in the House of Bread? Talk about what Jesus, being the Bread of Life, means (John 6:25-51).
