yes, that's Gavin Pring as "George' he really is from Liverpool, England and he sings just like George. He is now also part of another even better tribute band called "The Fab Four Ultimate Tribute" usually just called The Fab Four. He also does a solo "George" set with some other former bandmates/friends calling the band/ setlist of George songs "George Harry's Son"
