This is the first video in the series of tutorials for the Where's My Droid app for the Android devices. This video is to show you how to set up and use the basic feature of the app which it to ring when lost.
What are you, some kind of a fool ? If someone found or stole your phone, they shouldnt be able to stop the ring without entering a passcode. That way it would ring for at least as long as it would take them to fumble with it until they finally just turned off the phone. That being said, always text for gps before texting for ring. Otherwise, good job Einstein.
What if you changed the default of where's my droid to somethn else.. But then can't remember what u changed it to? Lol dang

I think the ringing function comes in handy when you lose your phone, not when it's stolen. That's what the GPS function is for.

I agree. The phone should not stop ringing unless the correct passcode is entered. This app is completely useless if someone has stolen it.
