Dr. Simon Rosenberg restores two decayed teeth with his no-shot and no-pain protocol that combined the use of the Biolase Waterlase MD laser to open the cavity, obtain 'laser analgesia' and remove superficial decay and then use the conventional dental drill to remove any residual decay and smooth the cavity wall of the laser oblation products (tooth structure on the edge of the cavity that was softened by the laser-water-air stream.) The cavity was then restored with acid-etched composite resin which is the standard tooth colored filling material.
