now....I saw when you launch a battle there is that light and I see that on your pc they go fast ! In my computer are a little bit slow but all the rest is perfect.
And if i resize the resolution ? It will be better ?

yea it should be better. i recorded on 1280x720 so youtube would convert it as HD n not SD but i usually play on 1680x1050 n i have no problems. but yea lower ur resolution. is ur card DDR3? i also noticed your cpu is a single core. that may contribute to the problem. just tone the gfx down a bit n u shouldnt have ne hting to worry about
