Looks like a nice fan, when used @8v and under should be tolerable audibly. I love the air-flow meter!

dude at 74 dB ??/

Shroud is vital to measure against Trieberwerk fans. As they have a built in shroud.
SanAce H1011's wipe those crap, overpriced and overhyped Feser fans ass....:(

Dear Martin, congratulations for this very good job. But, this is a question, how could you explain this very bad result with more 100 cfm and 7 mm h2o when you compare the tk 122. Sanyo have bad results, have you use a shroud ( like a housing of ultra kaze ) for reducing the trouble of the dead zone behind the engine ???. i have 4 of this, the diameter of the hub is enormous, a large shroud is necessery for decrease this trouble.
thanks

This fan testing is only measuring CFM, it does not account for dead spots created by the fan hub or other parts of the fan. It is a good point to consider when selecting a fan though, the less dead spot, the more distributed the cooling is on the radiator. It's always a benefit to run a shroud, especially with large fan hub types of fans. The TK fans already have a small shroud built into the fan so it should have much better flow distribution on the radiator.
