Our lawn mower has aerated and overseed our lawn about 3 weeks ago, in late October: it is now Novermber and weather is going to be sunny and around 60F and low of 35F; is is OK for me to overseed again? I had bought some good seeds while back and would like to use them. please advise (We are in East Coast, around DC area)

You can do a fall seeding but you will not see any of the seed come up until the spring. if the soil temperatures are still warm enough to germinate seed you may see alittle reaction but most likely you will need to wait till spring.
