Afraid to Fall (nelena) ep. 1

Ok so this is my first series so i hope you like it! Yea my english teacher was all like 'Elizabeth you write so well you should start a blog or something blah blah blah'. So i thought why not?

Prolouge
It's Nick's 17th birthday. The Jonas Brothers last show of their tour. Selena is there to surprise Nick. Everyone knows except Nick and Miley who is touring with them.

Selena's POV
I can't believe im actually here! I'm so excited to see Nick! its been forever. well actually its only been a year cuz i saw him at his 16th birthday but it seems like forever. Big Rob was taking me to the green room where Denise was. Paul was at home with Frankie cuz Frankie was sick. I decided to break the silence.
Sel: So...do you think that Nick will be happy to see me?
Big Rob (BR): The only thing he's been talking about for the last two weeks is how much he wishes you could be here for his birthday.
Sel: Really?
BR:Yep.
I smiled to myself.
BR: We're here.*he knocked on the door and Denise Jonas answered the door*
Denise: Selena! I havent seen you in ages! Come in!
I walked into the room and stood there awkwardly.
Denise: Well let me look at you.
She put her hands on my shoulders and looked me up and down.
Denise: Is it just me or have you gotten more beautifil?
Sel: I think its just you. *I smiled at her.*
Denise: Well you havent lost that gorgeous smile!
Denise was more of a mother to me than my foster mom will ever be. She treated me like I was her own daughter. We even had an occasional spa day together.
Selena: Thank you for letting me stay with ya'll for the summer.
Denise: My pleasure! Nick would never forgive me if you didn't. Speaking of Nick, he and Miley should be finishing Before the Storm right now.

I looked at the monitor and saw Nick and that bag of cow dung Miley Cyrus beside him on stage, they finished th last few notes of Before the Storm and sunk back under the stage. I noticed that as they did Miley kissed his cheek. I don't know why but that made me slightly jealous. I shook it off.
Sel: Are they going out?
Denise look at me confused.
Denise:Who?
Sel:Nick and Miley. I mean she kissed his cheek and all.
Denise: Well..um...this is kinda hard to explain...
