How Much HP Does That Have A MTX 200 Has Around 200HP
-
what year?
-
u worked in the factory what is it in the transmition what makes the radio poor???
-
the only bad thing about the modern mtx range from about 2005 something in the transmition interferes with the radio making it cut in and out. but apart from that we have had 5 in a row.

Are you sure they didn't say a tier 3 Perkins engine? But the engine has nothing to do with the transmission. McCormick use Cummins, Perkins and Iveco engines. Some of the 2001/02 tractors even had "McCormick" engines, even if they were only Perkins with new badges on them. McCormick wanted people to think we were building our own engines.

we talked to the mccormick people and the t3's got perkins engines in em
-
no, they built in Japan and assembled in Georgia

Think you may have got your wires crossed mate, I worked for McCormick tractors in Doncaster England. The company was owned by ARGO Spa, they closed the plant in 2007 and moved production to the Landini plants in Italy. The skids (transmission/gearbox) are built in St.Dizier France. See my video for some views of tractors at the Doncaster plant.

I wouldn't buy one now. 5 years ago, maybe. When they were built in the UK, but now Landini are making them in Italy they are worse than shit.
