i mean it still is sad but the guy said the kid shouldnt have been racing and a lot of other things but he failed to mention that john didnt bother to put his seatbelt on.

I agree he should have been wearing a seat belt but you can still get seriously hurt with a seat belt on. Wearing one does not guarantee you will be unharmed. Someone close to me passed away from a car accident not as horrible as this one and they were wearing a seat belt. I think Nick and his family just went about it the wrong way, they are self absorbed people and I dont think the full consequences of Nick's actions were or are aware to them or maybe they just dont care, unfortunately.

To people who said John was not wearing a seat belt so it wasnt all the little cry babies fault is an idiot did you see the car? Seat belt or not he would still be badly injured. It is strange how it is usually the person who causes an accident to walk away without a scratch.

Regardless of the driving, he didn't take 3 seconds out of his life to put a seatbelt on.
It's terrible what happened, but the responsibility for wearing a seatbelt is down to the passenger (As long as theyre over 14 years old, under 14 years old, the driver is liable)
