Street harassment is not cute or benign and the guys who do it are pathetic. I thought the piece was far too sympathetic to them -- it should show some of the real jerks and how offensive their behavior is.

I wonder how this faction responds to the notion that some people have real problems. Not that I'm trivializing the assaultive nature of catcalling, but, really? Men have ALWAYS been non-responsive to ideas like: "What if that were your sister/mother/daughter?" And the reason is because their brains are wired directly to their libidos, as in dicks. Crying and whining and complaining does nothing but make women look even weaker. The pathetic young men in this video don't deserve any attention.

If most men really wanted to we could kill a woman with one hand in 60 seconds or less, and for most part it would take very little effort to do it. The fact that this happens rarely is due to fact that most men are NOT predators, jerks, whatever else you make them out to be. I lived in DC and too many women there are stuck on themselves, walking in short, short skirts that show almost everything but we can't say anything to them? Doesn't work that way sweetie.
