I had an F303 cam in my 87 GT. It is one lopey bumpstick. As for the specs, its .288 duration .512 lift. I believe the LCA is 110 but I could be wrong. I do know they changed the lift specs slightly in later years. I had one of the first F cams.

@ALIATEX...WOW F CAMS dont really lope that much anyway??!! REALLY? its obvious you have never herd a real F cam then cause i have one in my 88 and i assure you they lope like hell! in fact its one of the hardest hitting cams out there and hits just as well if not better then the X cam! i cant promise you this guy has a F cam but i can promise your wrong about your statement!:)

@wct203814 I dont know exactly what the lift is on a stock cam, but I just know for sure that is not an F cam, Ive had stock, TFS Stage 1 and custom and I guarantee you that is a stock cam.

@AliateX Whats the lift of a stock cam? this cam measured at 512 with the 1.6 rocker arm ratio. So im sure its not... the reason it had a bad idle quality was the ect was open.

@wct203814 eh maybe it is an F cam actually if youre sure of the specs, I looked up the specs on a stock cam, I know that F cams dont really lope that much anyway.

@AliateX exactly i should know i built the engine and ordered the cam im sure they dident send me a stock cam in a fcam box... i used a degree wheel to setup the cam timing and it had the lift that was stated on the card.
