@101xfmrogers I think those traffic lights are used during rush hours at freeway entrances with more than one lane, that way cars can enter safely instead of fighting over the right lane of the freeway.

@101xfmrogers thats just your trypical los angeles freeway flaws. i personally have never seen a frwy to frwy light like that before , but entrances from streets are common ,
