The Wonder Chef has another look at Swedish food, this time the famous desert 'kanelbullar' (Eng. Cinnamon buns).

Ingredients (48 cinnamon rolls)
The dough
50g yeast
100-150g butter
1/2l milk
1dl sugar
1tsp salt
1,5l flour

The filling
Sugar
Cinnamon

NB: Despite the intonation suggesting otherwise, the Wonder Chef does not actually own a tray that bakes things on its own.
