How to move the taskbar

Learn how to relocate the taskbar in Windows XP to a different side of the screen. The standard location is at the bottom of the screen. But some people want it to be at the top or even on the left or right side. One advantage to placing it on the side is that a computer monitor is wider than it is tall. So a taskbar on the side would even things out a bit, making the work area almost square.
