This sounds like an alternative not just to surgery but an alternative to stem cell injections as in this procedure "it stimulates the immune response to bring cells to the area to rejuvenate the tissue". That is the purpose of the use of stem cells, although stem cells are powerful enough to rejuvenate all cells weather organs or skin cells back to a youthful state. Stem cells are literally "the fountain of youth" sought after for many centuries. It's in the lab now producing amazing results.
My brother had this done on his shoulder. He was a pitcher in high school and as he got older, his shoulder got so bad he had to go on disability. Now, after 6 treatment of prolotherapy, he can play catch normally with his little boy. Very cool.
I have severe arthritis in my hands. Someone suggested bee sting therapy but that just sounded too medieval of a treatment for me, but is prolotherapy a viable option for arthritis, even if it is severe?
I am just wondering how quickly you can bounce back after this. It seems like your knee or whatever area received the injections would be sore for a while afterwards.
My doctor just told me about this the other day and he had a brochure, but this video definitely puts it into perspective. I get serious back pains all the time, been playing golf for 25 years and now I sometimes dont even want to hit the course the pain is so bad. Might give this a try.
What about just general back pain? I always feel stiff when I get up after sitting for a long period of time, then throughout the day, I find that I am stooping forward to help relieve the pressure on my back

What about something like a torn meniscus? Can this procedure help that or is that a hopeless case?

It looks like it hurts. Do you get numbed before they start sticking in the needles?

I donate bone marrow one time, and they went into the same area with needles. Course, that CAUSED me serious pain, this is supposed to relieve it.
