@TheTruthonlyist What's more stronger a punch or a kick? the answer is a kick, considering the fact Tae-kwon-do uses mainly legs, but in this video you clearly see that he wasnt using barely and techniques.

@TheTruthonlyist ok but that guy sucked, he is not a good martial artist, he one use about two kicks, he doesn't obtain the creativity for sparring, his doesn't use his skills well, seems amateur but with a True TKD martial artist the out come would definitely be different.

The taekwondo guy would have kicked karate guy's ass if he uses spinning roundhouse kick and 540 kicks. There are many taekwondo techniques he didn't use! and who says taekwondo don't punch? As far as i know there are powerful punching techniques in taekwondo as well. This fight doe not justify karate is superior than taekwondo.

There is no better style, only better martial artists... and remember... there will always be someone better than you, and that alone should drive you to improve and perfect your skill. Taekwondo means the art of hand and foot, but is kicking dominant, presenting its own pros and cons, same as Karate with more focused kicks and strikes to the body. Both have pros and cons, but in the end, it's the fighter... not the style...
