The "Wizard of Oz" urban myth is easy. It's a huge bird spreading its wings I believe, and you can see this bird numerous times during that particular scene.

@Frysgirl3009 I can't believe you compared the urban legend about james dean care to the movie Cars... but any sense what made the urban legend about james dean car is that the accidents all linked to parts of his car.. a coicendice that coutld actually happen. It wasn't mention that james dean's spirit appeared and controled the car.. it's jus PARTS of the car was the cause.
